The Great Serpent and Its Minions (Part 3)

Disclaimer: The writings in this series discuss the destructive forces which I label as the “serpent spirit” - a metaphor for systemic wickedness, envy, jealousy, deceit, idolatry, bondage and oppression. It is directed at the serpent spirit, not at nations or ethnicities. I write from a spiritual perspective, seeking to understand how these forces manifest and how communities might break free of them. I categorically reject racism, xenophobia, or any narrative that devalues human dignity. Continuing from the previous post about the serpent’s seduction of the Christian nations:
Act 2: Minions in the Media and the Entertainment Industry
Today, I cannot watch a TV program or a movie from the West without getting annoyed or frustrated. For the most part though, the plot is good, the acting is superb and it is very engaging from the start. But soon, the serpent’s potion slips in, cajoling and persuading viewers to accept homosexuality, sexual promiscuity and other woke values that go against the holy laws of God as normal and a good thing.
With the widespread use of smartphones and social media, these minions of the serpent have constructed a strong new Tower of Babel that elevated young people to become gods - living life on their own terms, on their own set of values and “truths”.
Act 3: Moral Corruption of the World
Led by the US and Europe, these snakes spread their gospel of anti-God wokeness and sexual promiscuity in the name of freedom of choice and diversity to the rest of the world.
Not only did they manage to corrupt many other countries but they also gained their way into the corridors of power – in government, in business, in the media industry and in civic organisations. Businesses cow under the pressure of the powerful media while Mammon in high office holds needy or greedy countries to ransom with promises of money for aid, investments, military might, technology and so on.
I remember reading a memo circulated by a powerful US company some years ago – that their next target, having managed to coerce many countries to legalise homosexuality and promote sexual and gender rights, will be Iceland and Singapore, two small island nations that needed foreign investments in order to survive. They were not even afraid to openly circulate it! A banker in Hong Kong shared a new HR policy introduced by top management in the US that grants priority to homosexuals and non-binary people over heterosexual employees for promotion and advancement.
How blasé right?
Thanks to Elon Musk, this was finally exposed and proven when he opened up the books under DOGE. I asked Deepseek how much has the US government allocated to initiatives related to LGBTQ+ issues around the world and it gave a long list, reporting about approximately $250 million to $300 million annually in recent years! This excludes other amounts buried in other funding related to gender discrimination and abuse amounting to a few billion dollars .
Just imagine that – you God-fearing and God-loving taxpayers in America – there is where your leaders have spent all your money..
Act 4: Rile Up the Conservatives
Alarmed by what they see as the moral corruption of the West pushing into their countries and their youth through the media, conservatives start to push back.
Remember the dream I had in Australia of this huge serpent, slithering around little children of the world wearing their national costumes? And the smirk on his face? Yes, it has gotten to the children all over the world.
In the US, many Christians watched in disbelief and disgust as it made its way to their homes, in schools, in sports and in almost every nook and corner of their lives. And the hardest to take of all – the killing of unborn babies, even at the late stage of pregnancy, as the healthcare industry fattens their coffers with this blood money, together with the complicit politicians.
The serpent worked hard with another troop – sending them to countries that have strong family and religious values, especially the Muslim countries. In response to what they see as a threat to morality and religious piety, moderate and hitherto secular Muslims in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Turkey and Europe, to name a few, start to embrace Arabic dressing and headgear at work and at home. They also eschew the education system and send their children to madrasahs for religious studies, which also opens up an avenue for the serpent to breed and groom extremists.
Remember that huge serpent in the vision while praying for our members in China when they were hit by that earthquake? This happened in a city with a high Muslim population. Does this earthquake signify that the spirit of Islam has broken out of where it has hidden? It has waited in the dark for very long – since the 8th to the 13th century when the Islamic Empire was at the height of its global power.
I would like to make it clear at this point. It is the evil serpent spirit that I am talking about, not Muslims. Growing up in a multi-racial country that respects all races and religions, I count my Muslim friends as some of the kindest and most gentle among our friends and employees. While many Muslims are moderate and sensible, others have become prey to this great serpent and went down the dark pit of extremism and terrorism.
The bombing of Gaza by Israel has brought the young people out in droves all over the world – in street protests, in the universities and in all sorts of places. Unashamedly, they openly wear the emblems of terrorist organisations. And the woke political ideology of the West would not and could not stop them. Until Trump.
Act 5: Nationalism and Racism
Trump comes back as President of the US, after surviving an assassination attempt on his life.
The hitherto helpless Christian majority has found a voice, an advocate and a partner in him. As unsavoury as the media made him out to be, he is voted into power with a clear majority this time. They cheered as Trump tore down what the great serpent and its minions have done to their country. In Trump, they see sanity, common sense and order restored, as he unapologetically pushed aside woke ideology and tried to reign in government spending.
For sure, Trump is no angel. But he is the man of the hour.
So the snakes worked another angle. Another form of extremism rears its ugly head - nationalism and racism.
The world watches with incredulity as Trump belittled and threatened the world and other world leaders with high-handedness and presumptuousness, while unilaterally breaking off all previous agreements signed.
Racism and white supremacy started to rear its ugly head as he swore to make America great again. It will be America first and America only. Others can be thrown to the wolves for all he cares, even old allies and friends. Globalisation has to give way to nationalism now.
As for the woke and those affected by his rapid shock and awe actions, while they seemed stunned and subdued for now, I am sure they will soon start to revolt, with possibly more assassination attempts on his life.
America is set for a civil war, in addition to a global trade war starting on April 4, where Trump has set out to impose high tariffs on imports from every country in the world.
