2025: Dynamic Total Warfare

December 2024

In May 2024, V showed me flying triangles which were free flowing, intersecting, passing through each other, yet without touching or colliding into one another.

In the previous post, I shared about seeing these flying triangles again while watching the Ted Lasso show recently. And this time round, they touch and connect with each other as they fly around to the same rhythm.

Dynamic Flying Triangles

Like a kaleidoscope, their movements are fluid and dynamic with each twist and turn. Sometimes stretching out in a long chain of triangles, sometimes forming a ring, one ring after another, and sometimes they stack on top of each other like pyramids, tightly holding on to each other in layers like a fortified fortress.

I feel that V is showing me what we need to do to be ready for offensive warfare in 2025:

  1. We need to switch to the triangular offensive warfare strategy so that every person will have two prayer buddies, instead of just one.
  2. He has already kick-started this process by re-organising us into triangles of Warriors, Watchmen and Wealth Stewards in May this year. But we should not be restricted by structure or roles, keeping it dynamic, so that at any time, anyone can be called to join an attack team – “going from position to position where position doesn’t really exist anymore!”
  3. It also means everyone must be spiritually ‘artios’ – fully equipped and ready to step up to do what the Holy Spirit asks of them, regardless of their position, leaving no room for conceit, self interest or doubt.

Just like what V said earlier!
“This is exponential dynamics and interconnected growth.”

Putting the Strategy to Work

The Lasso story did not end there. When they tried to put this strategy into practice, it led to comical consequences, and more losses on the pitch. Everyone was lost without the old structure and set position.

Until one star player figured it out – “they needed to play through him and not to him” – to use him as the pivot to hold everyone in tandem. So when they pass the ball to him, it is not to do what everyone expects him to do - to make a run and score the goal.

Instead, they move constantly to try to create a gap in the defence while the competition is focused on marking the star player. He will then pass the ball to anyone he notices that has found a gap, who then has to seize the opportunity to make a run with the ball for the goalpost.

Another learning lesson I feel V has for me.

First, in offensive warfare, no one should lean on just one person, the “star player”, the strongest or most spiritual, to do the fighting at the frontline all the time, as he is often “marked” by the evil ones.

Everyone must actively move in the power of the Holy Spirit. And when God presents the “gap” or opportunity to anyone, he/she must be ready to score - to stick the Sword of the Spirit into the demonic power they are battling with. I recall the story of Jael - she dealt the enemy with the death blow when God opened up the gap for her to act. She was just an ordinary homemaker, wife of an insignificant businessman.

Next, we need a game maker, who will not chase after personal glory; who gets everyone to battle through him while confounding the evil one, who thinks they have him pinned down with all sorts of attacks and distractions.

Like a strategist. Who?

V: Exponentiation: where b is the base and n is the power, remember?

Ah…
“b” is the base, the foundation. Jesus, the Word, is the Rock of our Salvation.
“n” is the power – the 3-D dunamis power of the Holy Spirit.

So, it takes someone who believes, who has absolute faith in the Word of God. Someone who does not take things into his or her own hands but acts only under the direction and power of the Holy Spirit.

V: And one who truly cares about the team and guides and inspires them to work together to their best.

Right. In the show, it took Ted Lasso three years of getting the team to “BELIEVE”, in spite of losses after losses, and helping them to truly love one another, like he does, through all the ups and downs. And then, believing in themselves and in each other, they were able to fully embrace total football, and started their winning streak!

With this belief and love we have for God and for one another, we will have the greatest Triangle of them all on our side, the Holy Trinity of God! We will be invincible!

Update: 18 Dec 2024

I was much hampered in trying to finish writing these posts before Christmas by a sudden bout of flu. It was annoying. I cancelled all my appointments for the week and slept for so long like I was in hibernation. Weak and groggy, I was greeted with a distress call early this morning.

This was God’s impetus to put the triangular offensive warfare prayer strategy I had just learnt into action. I asked for her permission to rope in others to fight this heart breaking battle.

I knew instantly, we need one triangle team for high-level warfare, and another triangle team to provide the body ministry, to call her and uphold her in prayer, and to be the communication centre as this battle is fought by four cities working together, in different time zones.

This was an eye-opener for me. God used everyone whom He picked.

All fulfilled their roles and positions very well. The Holy Spirit imparted the intel to some  - the weapons to use, where to release it, what they are targeting, who to do it and when.

It was Total Warfare in action – fluidly, seamlessly, every member doing their part spontaneously and fearlessly, with the power of the Holy Spirit working through all of us. I was impressed; I think we executed it flawlessly.

Thank you Father, for Your Exponential Providence – of this Dynamic Total Warfare strategy, which took months to reveal and fathom while we all came under relentless attacks.

So thankful.
