PC, November 2025
On 27 Oct, 2025, Monday, Sara texted us:
“Mon night grandkids came over and told me they saw rainbow. So we went to rooftop.”
In Scripture, the rainbow is always the sign of mercy and covenant.
Genesis 9:13 says,
“I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and the earth."
The children were the first to notice it, reminding us that God often reveals His mercy to the pure in heart.
In that gentle act, God seemed to whisper:
“Before I release the fire, I remind you of My mercy.
The next generation will stand under My promise.”
The next day, on 28 October 2025, Tuesday, the horizon blazed orange and crimson — a 'sky on fire' that many captured on camera and posted online.

To the natural eye, it was a breathtaking sunset.
To the spirit, it was a heavenly seal.
Malachi 3:2-3 says:
“He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.
This was no destructive fire but a refining and commissioning flame
- the same fire that appeared before Moses and did not consume the bush.
The rainbow had come first. Then the fire.
Promise, then Purification.
Mercy, then Manifestation.
Heaven declares:
“What I promised in mercy, I now seal in glory.
The refining is complete — I mark you with My flame.”
29 October 2025, Wednesday
Soon after, another image appeared — a great tree standing beneath a radiant sky. I sent the picture to Sara as I thought it looks like the tree in this year’s word: The Year of Exponentiation. But this time, it looks rapturous in the golden hour of the setting sun.

Its reflection glowing on still water,
It carried the symbols of all that God has been cultivating:
Deep roots,
Wide branches,
Steady growth.
The fiery sky represents His glory resting upon what He has refined.
The water mirrors that same light — a reflection of covenant and purity.
Psalm 1:3 reminds us:
“He shall be like a tree planted by streams of water, whose leaf does not wither.”
Isaiah 43:2 adds,
“When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned.”
Together, they speak:
“Rooted deeply, illuminated fully.
My flame rests not to destroy, but to shine through what I have made.
My mercy goes before My fire.
What the children glimpsed in promise, I now seal in flame.
Stand rooted like the tree under My radiant sky
- purified, protected, and commissioned to shine.”
As COBS steps into 2026, these three nights mark the transition from preparation to commissioning.
The rainbow reminds us: God's mercy remains our foundation.
The fire declares: His glory rests upon us for witness.
The tree reveals: He has prepared a people who can stand and shine.
Prayer Declaration:
Lord, thank You for the fire that purified and did not destroy us.
Seal Your work in us;
Let Your Spirit brand us with holiness.
Ignite every watcher, every household, every word we speak.
We receive the commission to carry Your flame into the world
— not our light, but Yours — ever burning, never consumed.
Amen.
