Revisit - What Shall the Righteous Do (6): Abide and Trust

5 June 2024

There are moments when everything feels loud.

Too many voices.
Too many opinions.
Too much uncertainty about what is actually true.

And in that kind of environment, it’s easy to feel pulled in every direction.

But then a quieter question rises underneath it all:

Where do you go when you need clarity?

In this week’s post, “What Shall the Righteous Do (6): Abide and Trust”, I reflect on something simple—but not always easy:

that in the middle of noise, confusion, and emotional pressure,
there is still a place of steadying.

Not by reacting faster.
Not by speaking louder.
But by learning to abide.

There’s a line that kept returning to me:

“When I abide, I hear differently.”

And from that place, something else becomes possible again: trust.

If you’ve been feeling mentally or emotionally stretched by everything happening around you,
this may help you find your footing again.
